Welcome. I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I am currently available to work individual adults to manage their life transitions, challenges and improve coping skills. I work with you to learn about yourself and find the path that fits you. I am compassionate and creative in my approach to therapy. I use Cognitive BehavioralTx in conjunction with a psychodynamic approach to guiding you through examining your thoughts and feelings.
