I have 5 years of experience in private practice, and, prior to that, 9 years in the high school and hospital settings. I'm a passionate artist and father, and I love to learn about the mind, biology, humanity, and the universe. My approach is collaborative, whole-person oriented, and attachment-based. At the heart, I am Person-centered and Existential in my approach, but I integrate attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, CBT, and Trauma-Focused therapy, to name a few.
