My personal mental health journey started in my mid 20's. With clinical support, I began to learn how to process traumas of my past, that rooted deeply in childhood and rendered me emotionally raw. My therapist and I collaboratively worked together, and I began to gain emotional awareness, balance with my feelings, confidence, and deeper connections with those I care for. In time, I began discovering who I really am. Now, as a therapist, I work alongside my clients with problems concerning sadness, depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, trauma, childhood/teen concerns, parenting, grief and loss, and major life transitions.
