Isaac Lake, LMSW, is an Army veteran with 4+ years of experience helping adults (21–85) manage anxiety, mood, personality, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. He specializes in life transitions, depression, cultural diversity, grief, and systemic stress affecting people of color and couples. Using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Social Skills Training, he provides compassionate, tailored support. Isaac holds an MSW from USC and a BA in Sociology from Fayetteville State. In his free time, he enjoys family, strength training, biking, and reading.
