My clientele includes those struggling with behavioral and/or substance addiction, as well as issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transition, personal/family/couples' issues and anger management. All clients want one thing: to feel better and learn new skills to manage and have improved condition. My goal is to provide you with the tools, insights, and support needed to do well. First session with you, we will discuss your current situation, background, and the issues you'd like to address in therapy. This will help me understand your unique needs and tailor our work together accordingly.
