Sometimes we experience changes or events that disrupt our lives and ignite a series of overwhelming emotions. During these times, it is important to seek support to help guide you through this process. If you are experiencing anxiety, anger, stress, sadness or a sense of hopelessness, then I support your efforts in reaching out. If you have experienced a traumatic event or are currently in an abusive relationship and are looking to make a change, then I also encourage you to begin the process of initiating a “one to one” meeting with me.
