I assist clients in increasing their self-esteem, forming healthy relationships and boundaries, healing from trauma, and much more. My goal is to address the core of what is causing their struggles so that they can live fulfilling lives. My therapeutic approach is individualized to meet each client’s needs while being culturally sensitive. I place immense value on the importance of the therapeutic relationship and provide a safe space for clients to feel understood, challenged, and empowered without feeling judged.
