I work using an anti-oppressive and trauma informed perspective with a focus on trauma, gender, sexuality, life transitions, feeling stuck, coming out later in life, and navigating relationships. I believe mindful attention to the physical experience can provide insight and space for empathy, when words are hard to conjure. I’m passionate about helping people connect with their body and discover ways to honor their authentic selves. I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and TGNC/NB communities.
