Life can get complicated and overwhelming at times. I want to work with you regarding all areas of your life that you are seeking to change. As an LMHCA, I strive to support adolescents, young adults, and their families through their trying life events such as work stress, emotional management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational crisis.
