Isabel Dart (she/her) is a warm and supportive clinician who values authenticity, connection, and gentle humor in therapy. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. As a clinical intern, Isabel draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and humanistic approaches to meet clients where they are and support them through life’s challenges. She enjoys working with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, identity exploration, and major life transitions while helping them uncover what matters most and create meaningful change.
