It is often quite difficult to make that first phone call requesting therapy. Usually that call is precipitated by the realization that possibly, " I don't have to face my difficulties alone" and "just maybe, I can feel better sooner with some help". I always make an effort to help clients feel at ease and to clarify their needs. I work towards enabling clients to experience their strengths as they address their difficulties.
