Finding a therapist can be hard work! I am so glad that you're here, and that you've taken this step for yourself. I am of the mindset that establishing a genuine, nonjudgmental relationship is one of the best predictors of a positive experience in therapy. This is your space, and I am here to collaborate with you and to unconditionally support you through this process. I aim to bring warmth, empathy, and levity into sessions. I am experienced in supporting individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions. I have been in practice as a therapist for close to a decade. I implement a variety of interventions into sessions; I am certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
