I specialize in working with trauma. While I have a particular interest in working with issues around sexual trauma, sexuality and gender, and religious trauma, I work with life events and experiences of all kinds. I believe that our behaviors, thoughts, physical sensations, worldviews, and ways of being are parts of us that all have stories and unique roles, waiting to be heard if they are given the opportunity. Giving these parts of us care and attention builds our emotional intelligence, essential to improving not only our lives, but also the lives of those around us in our close relationships, families, and broader communities.
