I help teenage girls and their mothers reduce conflict, improve communication, and rebuild connection especially during major transitions like entering high school. I also work individually with teens struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relationship stress. Families often come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of arguments, shutdowns, or constant tension. My goal is to help teens feel understood while supporting parents in creating calmer, healthier relationships at home
