I’m Isabel Wyss, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in trauma, anxiety, and burnout recovery. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves and feel grounded again. I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, understand your inner world, and begin healing at a pace that feels safe. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to who you’re becoming. In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. I’ll ask gentle questions to understand what’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to shift.
