I specialize in children and adolescents using an integrative approach to counseling. I believe therapy should be a safe and nurturing environment, where individuals are able receive the mental health services they need whilst building a strong therapeutic relationship. By teaching my clients the necessary coping skills and social skills to address life stressors and challenges, they are left empowered and hope is restored. Children are resilient, and my purpose is unlocking their full potential to help better address their needs.
