Hi, and welcome! I'm a compassionate, trauma-informed counselor who helps clients find meaningful moments of healing and positive change in their lives. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating emotional, relational, and traumatic challenges. In a session with me, the style is warm and flexible. There’s always room for what the client needs in any given session, whether that is client-centered talk therapy, expressive arts work, mindfulness principles, or a place of support and acceptance. My work is always rooted in social justice, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and multicultural-feminist principles.
