About
I am deeply passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Molloy University, where I also completed my undergraduate studies, and bring both academic training and lived experience to my work. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring each session to the individual’s unique needs and goals. My approach is client-centered and compassionate, integrating evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and humanistic principles.
