I want to work with clients who seek collaboration in a nonjudgmental, healing space to learn about themselves and feel empowered. I would love to support anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and may struggle with anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, identity questions, or repeating relationship patterns. I want to help clients in understanding their emotions, listening to their bodies, and making sense of their patterns. My work focuses on helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and authentic, and on shaping a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and resilient.
