Hi! I am so glad you are here. I am an EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Parts Work therapist. I work with individuals who often feel stuck in some area of life (i.e., relationships, intimacy, creative expression, identity, career, etc.), have low self-esteem, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. I work with clients on identifying and understanding maladaptive beliefs and behavioral patterns in order to develop new ones that foster positive change. I have a warm and compassionate approach, value humor, and believe that growth happens when we can safely step outside of our comfort zones. When emotions can't be felt, processed and expressed (often due to past experiences and beliefs) symptoms such as anxiety, avoidance, dissociation, panic attacks, reactivity, and disconnect from self can show up instead.
