My ideal clients are kids, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, or challenges related to neurodivergence. They need a safe, supportive space to process their emotions, learn coping skills, and feel understood. Their goals often include managing stress, building confidence, improving relationships, and discovering their strengths.
