I see our work together as a very active collaboration. From the moment we meet, we are working together to identify what we’re working toward, what has gotten in the way, and what supports and skills you need to better manage your emotional life. Whatever your current struggle is, I focus on “progress, not perfection." My approach is grounded in sensitivity, authenticity, humor, and compassion. I believe there is value in you finding your own self-regulation and self-empowerment. I work with issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, executive functioning, and the management of emotions and conflict.
