We have a lot going on in our lives today and it can be hard to cope, but you don't have to do this alone. If you or a loved one are feeling like it's difficult to attain goals, motivate yourself or figure out how to better manage life stressors, then therapy may be for you. I have been working in the mental health field since 2018 and I have been a social worker since 2021, primarily working with adults and teens who struggle with mental health and/or substance use concerns. I am a firm believer in helping my clients clarify their own internal strengths to aid in attaining the life they want to lead.
