Together we can help you discover safety in vulnerability, let go of things that no longer serve you, connect with your emotions and identity, and regulate your body. I specialize in working with those seeking to process and navigate neurodivergence/ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, and chronic pain/illness. My passion lies particularly in exploring how these focus areas intersect with queer, trans/gnc, and asexual identities. Everyone grows at their own pace and I'm eager to give you the patience, empathy, and encouragement you deserve! As a queer, transmasc, ace-spectrum, and neurodivergent person (who deals with chronic pain) I understand ways society marginalizes people - though I recognize our experiences may be very different.
