Hi! Thank you for being here to start therapy and develop a healthy lifestyle, and for establishing the path towards healing. Clients I would want to work with are those who are willing to be vulnerable and open as we explore what they need. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues to significant stressors, family issues, body image issues, eating disorders, and clients who have experienced or are experiencing trauma. I aim to work with clients using a person-centered approach to help them achieve their goals and develop skills that promote a healthier lifestyle.
