Psychotherapy aims to deepen our understanding and awareness of how we experience the world. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their most pressing present concerns, then explore their personal histories to make crucial connections. My approach emphasizes the critical role of interpersonal relationships in mental health, including the therapeutic relationship. I believe our past experiences and early relationships hold the data we need to better understand our present-day coping systems, internal narratives, unmet needs, and relational patterns that may create obstacles to our life goals.
