Hi, I am Izzy! I am accepting clients in both Maine and Virginia virtually. My practice is guided by the intent to cultivate compassion, clarity, and greater depth of trust within one’s intuition. I love the dialogue with clients that is led by curiosity and openness to explore together both the joy and pain of life. Over my career, I have grown to incorporate somatic practices, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and mindfulness. I also enjoy incorporating concepts from the poly-vagal theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology to explore the complexities of our experiences.
