Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply ready for change, I offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to help you find clarity, healing, and growth. I use a collaborative and client-centered approach, grounded in evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also bring present-moment awareness and mindfulness into sessions to help you connect with what matters most to you.
