I love working with clients who value a holistic approach. I believe the greatest hope to heal our brains and therefore heal our mental health is to work on our mind, body and spirit. I integrate this to create hope with my individual clients, families and couples. It is imperative to me that hope, grace, and positivity is used to help clients heal. I enjoy working with conflicted couples, and individuals looking to heal and become empowered to be the best version of themselves. I work holistically using strategic therapy specific to the clients needs. I work to empower clients to make effective changes. EMDR and parts work is integrated in most of my work.
