I am dedicated to improving quality of life for my clients. I am passionate about assisting client's identify their goals and achieve them by promoting a positive outlook and providing an exploratory safe space. I assist clients with a variety of life challenges, interpersonal relationship conflict, ongoing confusion about the future and reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Through strength based and supportive work, we identify areas of growth together and create measurable goals to create a life worth living! I also have expertise in a variety of major mental illness and strive to provide trauma informed care.
