Hello, My name is Dr. Isaiah X’avier Gonzalez, and I am honored that you have taken the time to learn more about me and my work. I am a Doctor of Social Work, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and an adjunct professor of Behavioral Health at Herzing University. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Social Work. I specialize in trauma and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and I am experienced in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and suicidal ideation. Our first session will focus on building rapport—a chance for us to get to know each other. Establishing a genuine, trusting relationship is an essential foundation for effective therapy. This time allows you to feel more comfortable, ask questions, and share at your own pace before we begin the deeper therapeutic work.
