About
As a systemic therapist, I think of people kind of like nesting dolls: we all go through life as the little one in the middle, whole and independent, yet undeniably embedded in larger contextual structures. My approach is relational in nature, and in therapy I will meet you with compassion, humor, and non-judgment, holding your whole picture in mind as we work together to integrate the realities of your context with the realities of your heart. My background and training have centered around clinical work with children and adolescents in high-acuity settings. I have in-depth experiences working with attachment disruptions, trauma, "big behavior," ADHD and ASD, suicidal ideation and self-injury, and queer and transgender identity navigation. I am a neurodivergent and queer-identifying provider and welcome the opportunity to support you in navigating your own experiences at those intersections.
