My name is Isieoma (Ee-See-Oh-Mah) but most people call me Isie (Ee-See). I believe therapy is a sacred, collaborative space where healing happens through awareness, compassion, and embodied presence. At Embodied Soul Therapy, I view healing not as “fixing” what is broken, but as remembering and reconnecting with the wholeness that already exists within you. Life’s experiences, especially those shaped by family, culture, and unspoken emotional legacies, can pull us away from our authentic selves. Therapy becomes a place to gently return home.
