I believe we all carry an innate capacity to gain perspective, repair and heal, but sometimes that can feel unimaginable. We lose our sense of self. We put enormous pressure on ourselves. In moments like these, therapy offers a space to welcome the cracks and let the light in. Therapy can help us unwind the trances of unworthiness and find relief. It’s not always smooth—sometimes change is bumpy. That’s part of the process. It’s here that we access our humanness and begin to integrate our complex experiences. My practice is rooted in a reflective process that supports people as they navigate self-doubt, dysregulation, despair—and those “blah” moments where things just feel flat. I hold deep awareness of how intersectional oppression impacts our well-being. I bring training in trauma-informed care, gender-affirming care, creative practice, and somatic mindfulness.
