My office is a safe and judgment free space where my clients can talk openly about the challenges they face. I utilize a holistic therapeutic approach which explores my client’s whole self. This includes their physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social being. Participating in therapy does not remove or eliminate life's challenges; however, it can help clients learn strategies and coping mechanisms to deal with them. I concentrate on my client’s strengths, using CBT, as well as, other treatment modalities. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
