I am a down to earth, compassionate therapist who believes the key to successful therapy is finding someone you click with! My evidence based approach is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel fully heard and understood no matter their identity or background. My clinical specialty is working through the traumas we all carry, whether they feel small or come from life changing events. I have a comprehensive background working with helping professionals. My background is in trauma informed care, anxiety, depression, self esteem, mood regulation and mood disorders, working across the lifespan and a variety of other areas. In session I like to incorporate a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person centered therapy, and mindfulness skills.
