Throughout my 30+ year career as a licensed clinical psychologist, I have worked with clients in a variety of settings and age ranges, spanning from childhood to older adulthood. I use a broad base of experience and knowledge from evidence-based research to inform my work, and most importantly engage with clients with warmth, empathy, and humor. I believe that the foundation for helping someone overcome their struggles and achieve their goals is a trusting relationship.
