Life can be overwhelming and challenging. With support and encouragement from a therapist you can trust, positive change is possible! I help people navigate the difficult and challenging experiences that everyone encounters at some point in their lives: stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and major transitions or losses. I provide individual therapy for teens and adults who want to lower stress, increase self-esteem, and develop a diverse toolbox of adaptive coping skills. I believe that a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship is essential to a client's success. My goal is to educate you with the tools you need to optimize balance and enhance well-being. I approach therapy from a Cognitive-Behavioral theoretical perspective, incorporating elements of yoga and mindfulness. I strive to create a warm, relaxed, and approachable therapeutic environment, so that my clients can feel comfortable discussing issues free of judgment and know they are safe and accepted.
