I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and the effects of trauma. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, living with chronic illness, or navigating a complicated relationship with food, movement, or their body. Clients often feel emotionally overwhelmed, hard on themselves, or stuck in patterns that are exhausting or feel destructive. Therapy with me focuses on reducing self-criticism, understanding patterns, building tools, and developing a more supportive relationship with yourself and others so life feels more manageable and connected. You can speak openly without pressure to perform, and we work at a pace that supports sustainable, meaningful growth.
