I have been in practice for over 25-years treating individuals, couples, and families. I believe In therapy, as in life, one size does not fit all. I recognize the importance of individualizing treatment to the needs of each person I meet. With compassion and patience, I offer support while striving to motivate clients to broaden their coping skills so they can reach their maximum potential. My client-centered approach draws on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems techniques as well as building mindfulness skills.
