Hello and welcome! My name is Ivy Pickell and I graduated from the University of Michigan with my Masters in Social Work. My goal is to provide a welcome and non-judgemental environment so you can feel safe and validated when you are talking! One of the approaches I use is a strength-based approach. We all have our own strength, and sometimes when life gets hard it can be hard to see that we have the power within ourselves. I am here to help you see the greatness you have within yourself through many different evidence-based approaches such as strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.
