Hello, my name is Ivy Smyth and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. My goal is to help clients of all ages uncover a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives while equipping them with practical skills to address anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and compulsions. I also have significant experience working with children and their families to address a variety of behavioral and relational challenges. I best serve adolescents and young adults working to identify what they want out of life who may be feeling lost or overwhelmed at the prospect of the future.
