I believe seeking therapy is a brave step toward healing, peace, and connection. In my practice, I welcome adults from all walks of life and offer a compassionate, supportive space to work through challenges and create lasting change. I often work with clients navigating history of trauma, substance misuse, mood and anxiety struggles. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and relational framework. I combine traditional talk therapy with body-centered awareness. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and anti-oppressive.
