Seeking help is hard. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has practiced for decades focusing on assisting Individuals, teenagers, adults, couples and families. I utilize cognitive behavioral techniques, psycho-education, as well as many other therapeutic concepts to promote a supportive atmosphere so that my clients gain acceptance and control over their issues. People are not the same, neither is their treatment. When facing hard times, it's a good idea to ask for help.
