Welcome – I’m glad you’re here. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering evidence-based therapy. Alongside my private practice, I work at UCSF's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and their families. Whether in your personal or professional life, high expectations can inspire growth while also contributing to stress and imbalance. My current focus is supporting families, couples, young professionals, and athletes who are navigating trauma, performance stress, and life transitions.
