Hi - I’m Izzy! I’m passionate about working with kids, teenagers, and adults with a wide variety of challenges. I am trained in EMDR to support clients working through traumatic experiences. I practice child centered play therapy (CCPT) with kids aged 3 - 10 years old, supporting children struggling with emotional dysregulation. With older kids, teens, and adults I take a psychodynamic approach while weaving in elements from CBT, DBT, and ACT. With clients of all ages, I incorporate parts work, sand tray, and play. I value creativity, love to laugh, and believe in building meaningful relationships while centering client’s strengths. I have experience working in residential and community mental health settings supporting adults and teenagers with a wide variety of concerns including complex trauma, addiction, borderline personality disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and am passionate about working with clients transitioning out of a residential level of care.
