I specialize primarily in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD-spectrum disorders. I have 27 years of experience working with individuals and couples to address issues including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related difficulties, relationship problems, and grief, among others, but I prefer to work currently with clients dealing with anxiety disorders and/or OCD. I am skilled in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). I also offer evidence-based Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) for OCD. I am also licensed to practice in FL, SC, TX as well and provide telehealth sessions for clients there.
