I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, ASD (autism spectrum disorder)-related challenges, and intimacy issues. I have years of experience in the mental health field, starting as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and later transitioning into the counseling field. While I initially focused on working with children and adolescents, I have now expanded my practice to include individual adults and couples, focusing on intimacy, communication, and relationship management. I believe that much of what we experience mentally and emotionally stems from our subconscious trying to communicate with us.
