Hi! My name is Jaana Meeks, a Licensed, Independent, Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I have 20 years of experience in the field of Mental/Behavioral Health. I honestly cannot picture myself doing anything else. I realize (from experiences of my own) that deciding to work with a therapist is a tough decision. I will try my best to ease some of that (especially initially) anxiety. We'll go through the process at whatever speed you need/want. Chances are you have many strengths upon which to build. I believe strongly that therapy is a team approach, and you are the coach.
