I work with individual adults and couples seeking support in navigating tough situations or past traumas. I have specific training and experience working with individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence, domestic violence, and sexual violence, as well as individuals who have harmed others sexually or have been convicted of sexual crimes. Additionally, I have training and experience working with LGBT folks, and individuals who have ADHD, and am well versed in kink/BDSM and polyamory/ENM. Using a combination of solution-focused questions and a somatic and existential approach, I work with clients to increase tolerance of uncomfortable emotions or memories while finding real ways to adjust day-to-day patterns. Conversations often flow between past and present events, connecting themes to reveal potential avenues of healing.
